Dear Customer,

We care about your rights, including the right to file a complaint. Below you will find detailed information regarding our liability for defects in the products we sell and your rights related to statutory warranty (rękojmia) complaints.

Important! Please remember that if a warranty (gwarancja) has also been granted for a given product, you may also file a complaint on its basis – in this case, however, the addressee will be the guarantor specified in the warranty document. The warranty also defines the scope of your rights in each instance. Please note that exercising your rights under the warranty does not affect our liability under the statutory warranty, and the warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend your rights resulting from the provisions on the statutory warranty for defects in the item sold.

The basis and scope of our liability for product defects under the statutory warranty are defined by generally applicable laws, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code, and for sales agreements concluded until December 24, 2014, by the provisions of the Act of July 27, 2002, on specific terms and conditions of consumer sale and amendments to the Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 141, item 1176, as amended).

We are obliged to deliver a product free of defects. We are liable under the statutory warranty if a physical defect of the product is found within two years from the date of its delivery to the buyer. Important! We are liable under the statutory warranty for physical defects that existed at the time the risk passed to the buyer or resulted from a cause inherent in the item sold at that same time.

You can submit a complaint, for example:

In the description of the complaint, please provide: (1) information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the defect; (2) a request for the method of bringing the product into conformity with the sales agreement or a statement on price reduction or withdrawal from the sales agreement; and (3) your contact details – this will facilitate and speed up the processing of your complaint. Please remember that the requirements specified in the previous sentence are only recommendations and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted without the recommended description.
